By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please review them carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Orders can only be placed by individuals who are 18 years of age or older, not under legal guardianship, and not acting on behalf of a company.
MCN Grafix reserves the right to update these terms periodically, and any changes will apply to orders placed after the update. The version of the terms available when you place your order will be the version that applies to your transaction.
If any part of these terms is deemed illegal or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
MCN Grafix is not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest.
2. Products
All designs offered by MCN Grafix are custom-made and are not replicas of any original manufacturer’s designs.
The inclusion of products or services on our site does not guarantee that these will remain available indefinitely. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.
We strive to accurately represent our products, including their colours and materials. However, the appearance of colours on your screen may vary depending on your device settings, and we cannot guarantee an exact match.
3. Pricing and Shipping Costs
The prices listed on MCN Grafix are in Great British Pounds. For details about shipping costs, please refer to our shipping policy.
3.1 Price Changes
Prices and promotional offers on MCN Grafix are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 Shipping Charges
All orders may incur a shipping fee, which will be displayed during checkout. Refer to our shipping policy for further information. In the event we need to send multiple shipments to fulfil your order, there will be no extra charge for the additional deliveries.
Order Confirmation
Once you complete your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly. If payment has already been made, we will refund the amount using the original payment method. Should alternative arrangements be needed, we will contact you for a resolution.
All orders are considered part of a shipment contract, meaning the goods will be delivered to the address you provided when placing the order.
If there is a pricing error on our site, MCN Grafix reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders made at the incorrect price. If payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the incorrect amount.
5. Payment Information
Please ensure that the billing address and phone number you provide matches the information registered with your payment provider to avoid any delays.
During checkout, you will enter your payment details. If you choose to pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Amazon Pay, you confirm that the payment method belongs to you. All mandatory fields must be completed. Your payment information will be stored securely and processed in line with our privacy and cookie policy.
For orders paid with PayPal, we may share certain personal information (name, address, email, etc.) with the respective payment provider to facilitate processing your order. Both MCN Grafix and the payment provider will be data controllers for this information.
Payment authorization is required for all card transactions.
Until your order is delivered or collected, all items remain the property of MCN Grafix. If you fail to complete payment, we may collect the unpaid goods at your expense, and you will be responsible for returning them in their original condition. Failure to return the goods within 14 days of cancellation may result in us charging for any damage.

PayPal allows you to pay quickly without entering your card details, even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
6. Delivery
MCN Grafix takes every measure to process and ship your order to the address you provide. After placing your order, you will receive an email with the expected delivery details. Delivery times are calculated in working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
While we aim to deliver within the promised timeframe, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
All shipments are insured against loss or damage. Should any shipment be lost or damaged, you, the customer, are responsible for filing claims with the shipping carrier.
7. Incorrect Orders
If you accidentally order the wrong product, such as a wrong model, and the order has already been processed, we will be unable to change it, as all products are custom-made. However, we will try to help rectify your mistake before dispatch. There may be an additional charge for reprinting the item, and the delivery date will be adjusted.
If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or with errors, please contact us within 7 days at support@mcngfx.com. Items must be returned in their original packaging, along with confirmation of the issue.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Please return items via ground shipping for European customers or standard airmail for non-European returns. Note: shipping fees for courier services (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL) are non-refundable.
8. Returns
MCN Grafix offers a refund on returned products in accordance with our returns policy, which you can read on our site.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges of products. We can only refund items that have been returned to us in accordance with our returns policy.
10. Warranty and Claims
If you receive faulty or defective products, or if items are damaged during shipping, MCN Grafix will offer a replacement, or refund. Any claims should be submitted promptly via email once a fault is discovered.
MCN Grafix provides no additional warranty beyond what is outlined above. We will not be held liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits. Our liability will be limited to the total value of the order.
11. Our Liability
MCN Grafix’s liability is limited to matters where it is unlawful for us to exclude or limit liability. We are not responsible for indirect damages, such as loss of opportunity or profit, nor for failure to deliver goods due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, civil disturbances, or other extraordinary events. The maximum liability to you, the customer, is the total value of the order placed.
