MCN Grafix will refund goods that are faulty or incorrectly printed, provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. You must return the goods un-used and with original cellophane wrapping. Goods must be returned to receive a refund, which will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

Goods must be unused and in resalable condition, with packaging and seals intact, returned within 14 days. If returned in unacceptable condition or missing packaging, refunds may not be issued, and you will need to pay for return shipping. We cannot accept items that you have attempted to fit to your vehicle, these are classed as used and we cannot refund you if this has happened.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returns. If the item is defective and returned within 14 days, we will refund original shipping costs up to £10.
You will receive an email once your return is received and another when the refund is processed. Refunds are typically completed within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment method.
MCN Grafix does not process exchanges. For defective items, we can offer a reprint with free shipping. All timelines are estimates.
